Pastor E. Allen Stanley, Jr., is a native of Baltimore, Maryland – son of the late Edgar and Pearl Stanley, the eldest of four siblings.  
He received his formal education and college in Maryland.  He continued and finished his graduate work at DeAnza College and the University of California Santa Cruz. He completed his seminary training at Northern California Bible College and San Jose Bible College of San Jose, California.  Pastor Stanley received his doctorate in Christian Education, from the International Seminary in Plymouth, Florida in May, 2003. 

Pastor Stanley is a certified Marriage Counselor, Prison and Hospital Chaplin. He loves to teach God’s Holy Word and has authored many Bible Training Studies. He founded two charters of the Toastmasters International in Northern California to promote and mentor individuals in the art of public speaking. During his service in the United States Army, with most of his tour of duty overseas, he was assigned to the White Sands Missile Range at White Sands, New Mexico in 1968 and later transferred to Holloman Air Force Base.

Pastor Stanley, was founder and Pastor of the Faith Christian Community Church, Milpitas, California.  He retired as a Safety Engineer from General Electric Company in 1989 and later retired from Hitachi of America, Ltd, San Francisco, California – 2001.  After his retirement, the Spirit of the LORD, nudged him to relocate to Tucson, Arizona.  After moving to Tucson, Pastor Stanley united with the Friendship Missionary Baptist  Church, but received his call from God on March 31, 2003 to the Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church, where he serves as Senior Pastor-Emeritus.
